Riccos Sire was Captain Maverick a very well known sire and the father of `Sarahs Pride` the Puissance winner jumping 6 ft 11 inches in 2003 with Carl Curtis on board. Riccos Dam was owned by Sue Kennedy of the Honeypot Stud, Riccos Grandsire Zhivago is the sire of Tullibards Shakespeare. Riccos TB Bloodline includes the Tetrarch the spotted wonder which appears 5 times in his pedigree. The Tetrarchs Daughter Mumtaz Mahal the flying filly, was a broodmare, Mumtaz Mahal stamped herself as one of the most important foundations in the Aga Khan`s stud. I have Bred, Shown and produced coloured horses and pioneering them for CHAPS as the PR officer for 8 years and Cheshire /Derbyshire Rep, obtaining the first class for coloured horses at a county show, Cheshire county show and the first coloured horse and pony agency back in the 1980`s I found Ricco to use on my own mare the only daughter of Sarahs Pride and had the good fortune and luck to be able to buy him. He is standing at stud for the first time since 2004 . When I found Ricco I had spent months looking for the best TB bloodlines in Colour to produce the quality TB with coloured genes.
