Right Equine Terms and Conditions

In order to advertise on Right Equine you must agree with our Terms and Conditions and ensure that all Adverts placed are legal, decent, honest and truthful and represent the item you are describing as accurately as possible; they comply with British Code of Advertising Practice, together with all other Codes under the Advertising Standards Authority: as well as complying with the needs of current legislation. While every effort is made to realize the needs and requests of the advertisers Right Equine does not guarantee the publication, location, or the colour of any particular advertisement.  We do not allow advertisers to include web-site or e-mail addresses in the content of any part of the adverts - unaapproved adverts with such detail may be remove from the site instantly.

 Right Equine does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage caused by
(a) any, error or omission in the publication or printing of the adverts. Please check your adverts thoroughly before uploading (you will of course be able to edit your “on-line” adverts by using the Your Account button on the top menu of the web site www.rightequine.com.
(b) any failure to publish an advertisement on the date of processing. (c) for the publication of an advert on the date or dates specified by the Advertiser whether the specific date is earlier or later than the date or dates specified: and/or in the case of any loss or damage alleged to have been the result of any delay or changes, caused.

Right Equine reserves the right to exclude, withhold, or change the position of any advertisement, even if it has already been accepted.

Right Equine reserves the right to make any amendments if it considers them necessary or desirable in an advertisement and to require artwork or copy to be amended to meet its approval.

All Advertisers shall be responsible for checking thoroughly their own advertisements, on each occasion that it is published. If Right Equine is shown to have made an error or inaccuracy of omission to insert any advertisement it shall make a refund or adjustment to the cost of the advertisement at not more that the rate of that particular advert if the advertiser chooses to cancel the advert, and otherwise at an agreed rate between the Company and the Advertiser. No refund or adjustment will be made if the error or inaccuracy does not materially affect the cost or detract from the advertisement, and this will be at the discretion of the Right Equine Directors.

Cancellations and errors must be notified immediately to our office in writing by e-mail, a response by Right Equine on the matter will highlight our awareness of our issue. 

Right Equine requires fourteen working days notice (after acknowledged of receipt) in writing of any cancellation, or alteration of any kind that cannot me managed by the client through our on-line account management facilities, of any advert or unexpired part of such, in the case of an business or trade advertisement or banner advert, not less than twenty eight working days notice (after acknowledged receipt) before the insertion, or the next insertion, on payment of any additional difference (if any) between the rates for the advert specified in the order for any advert or banner and the normal or stated price for the advert, of insertions which has appeared when the order is stopped.

Right Equine reserves the right to increase advertisement rates at any time without notice (this will not affect the cost of adverts already published or confirmed orders for adverts or banners, by Right Equine received prior to this date) or to amend the terms of contract as regards space or frequency of insertion.

Credit accounts are strictly nett and unless by prior agreement all adverts will be pre-paid. Where any business credit agreement exists our terms are that our account must be settled within 28 days of the first date of the advertisement inclusion. If the account is overdue, the Publisher reserves the right to suspend insertions and refuse any further adverts.

The placing of any order or advertisement with Right Equine for the insertion of an advertisement is confirmation of your acceptance of the above Terms and Conditions, and any conditions stipulated on a Right Equine order form or elsewhere by an Agency or an Advertiser shall be void insofar as they may conflict with them.

The Business Advertisement (Disclosure) Order 1977 requires all advertisements by people who seek to sell goods, in the course of a business, to make that fact clear. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to comply with the above Order. Right Equine reserves the right to publish any part of any advertisements placed (excluding contact details) in any of its web content, promotional documents or advertisements.

No refunds will be given on cancellations of advertisements which have already been published in any part of Right Equine’s Internet or promotional items, or adverts that are removed that do not meet the terms and conditions of our advertising.

Competitions:

To register for any competitions offered via the site you must agree to the competitions rules and regulations, you must provide your full name and address, a contact telephone number and e-mail address. By registering for any competitions on the site you automatically agree to the use of your name and photograph for publicity material in any media including allowing your name to be published on the site if you are a winner of one of our prizes.
Unless stated no purchase is necessary to enter our competitions.
Entrants must be 18 or over or have provided parental permission to enter any competitions.
All winners will be selected randomly and the judge’s decision will be final.
We reserve the right to disqualify any fraudulent, illegible, incorrectly completed or multiple entries.
We reserve the right to suspend or alter any competitions on the site.
Competitions are run in accordance with English Law.

Use of your personal information
For the purposes of the Data protection Act 1998, you acknowledge that in the course of registering and using the site and the site services, certain personal information or date about you will be captured electronically or otherwise transmitted. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you expressly agree to transfer such personal information or Data to Right Equine or contractors to use, store and process the personal information for the purposes of providing the services offered on the site. You further agree to Right Equine or a contractor sending your personal information outside of European Economic Area for Processing. You may revoke your consent by request written notice, but then you must exit the site and have no further rights to access the site or the sites services. Please note that telephone calls to and from Right Equine may be monitored or recorded and they may be accessed for training, security.

You must take responsibility for:

The security and use of any user names and passwords needed to access the use of the site and take reasonable steps to ensure that they remain confidential.

By use of the site you agree not to use the site to send or receive, upload or download any material that is offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene, or in breach of any persons intellectual property rights or confidentiality by which you are bound by use of the site.

You must not use the site in any way to copy information of any kind other than for personal use, send or receive unsolicited e-mails or messages of any kind, or for the purposes of connections or promotion to any business whatsoever related or unrelated to anything equestrian, competitor sites (sites that sell the services of advertising or horses / Ponies or any similar equestiran products are not permitted to advertise or use Right Equine servies in any way whatsoever,  such advert would be removed and would not be entitled to a refund)  Vendors that sell horses for others from their own premisis are classed as dealers and are permitted use the site, if you do not sell the horses that you advertise yourself, and they are not from your own premisis you must disclose the full nature of your business and on the disclosue of such information may be permitted or not permitted to use the Advertising servies of Right Equine.

Competitor web-sites ,advertising horses and ponies for sale and are not permitted to advertise on our site through banner advertising links or in any other way, any such advets will be removed from our site and will not be entitled to a refund in advertising costs and relevant further action will be taken.

These user terms become binding upon you immediately upon use of the Right Equine web site and supersede any other oral or written communications agreements, representations with respect to your use of the site. You accept them by your use of the site and they will remain in force until: you breech any of the terms or use granted in accordance with any of our above terms and conditions (if you breech our terms and conditions your rights to use of our services will be removed and you may be prosecuted) or until we update our terms and conditions.
